Sara & A.C's wedding was wonderful, held at Iberostar Maya Resort, ceremony was at the Mexican Gazebo in the Plaza, so very mexican feeling to their celebration.
We had lots of time to tour around the hotel taking photos at different locations.

Here are a few of my favorites from the day



I shoot this photo from inside the looby, the pyramid is the roof of the main bar, I use a little "flashflavor" to light the ceiling giving the photo texture and deep of field. Iberostar did an awesome job with this replica of Chichen Itza.

As any guym the groom, AC was ready and got to go in two minutes. Later her mom deliver his tie and the attire was complete

This was one of the last photos of the day, we were walking around the resort looking for nice spots for photos, I loved this corridor and asked Sara to "dance" to show up her amazing dress.

I have had the pleasure to work with Filipino couples in the past, and this family wasn't the exception... much love.

It's really beautiful to see how tradition, family bounds and love are so important, specially to some cultures., Maricris & Jamie's families were a very important part during the ceremony.

They choose Iberostar Paraiso Lindo for the celebration. , this is a huge resort with beautiful areas for photos, I enjoy working there.



I'm all about vibrant energy and color!, so I use color gels in my flash whenever I get the time..., in this case to add more dram to the wedding dress.

Light was almost gone at the moment the ceremony ended, I had to be creative using "the sun in my pocket" (flash)









I love this image!!!, we were heading to reception, and I saw the moon in the sky, it was a beautiful scene, the sky looked very dramatic, and then, the path were we were walking was surrounded by mangroves, lighted with ambar color.. just add Bride & Groom to complete this amazing picture of love on a wedding day.

Wedding Location: Iberostar Paraiso Lindo, Riviera Maya

Maryea & Nate, originally planned a "high end wedding" back home in Maine US, but Maryea knew in her heart she wanted something else... so, they changed plans, and decide to have a beach wedding at this beautiful resort.
Maryea commented how this wedding was half the price of what a wedding reception would cost in the Maine, even when they flew all their guests to Riviera Maya..

Well, one thing was for sure, this wedding was double the fun!!... and she got what she wanted..
